RETURNS

All items intended for return must be declared within 7 days from the date the item is delivered for a product value refund.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please be aware of possible custom clearance charges in your country. You are 100% responsible for the shipping costs in the event that your device needs to be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items which have been purchased on sale and/or with a reduction are not eligible for returns.

Before returning your item, you are obliged to contact us at info@charmplay.com and you will receive a return number as soon as possible.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via banktransfer.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from the CHARMPLAY store. 

 

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material under normal use during the

Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, CHARMPLAY will repair or replace, at no charge, products that proves defective because of improper material under normal use and maintenance.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from the CHARMPLAY store is 120 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original CHARMPLAY product 120 days from the date purchase.

 

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

conditions, malfunctions or damage or abuse not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

 

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

To obtain warranty service, first contact us to with the problem/defect. After which we’ll determine the most appropriate solution.
